Can I upgrade my account later?

Yes. Upgrade from Standard to Premium or Pro any time — just top up your balance to meet the next tier's minimum and contact your account manager. Existing trades and history carry over automatically.

How long do withdrawals take?

Card and crypto withdrawals are processed within 4–8 hours on Standard, under 2 hours on Premium, and same-day for Pro wire transfers — all during business hours, 24/5.

Are there any deposit or withdrawal fees?

We absorb all deposit fees across cards, bank transfers and crypto. Withdrawals are free for amounts above €100. Below €100, a flat €5 processing fee applies.

Do you offer Islamic / swap-free accounts?

Yes. Any account type — Standard, Premium or Pro — can be converted to swap-free upon request. No fees, no minimum balance, no holding-period restrictions.

What's the difference between spread-only and commission-based pricing?

Standard and Premium use spread-only pricing (the broker's mark-up is built into the bid/ask). Pro uses raw market spreads + a transparent €3 per lot commission per side — better economics for high-volume traders running 50+ lots a day.

Is my capital protected if IG Market has financial difficulty?

Client funds are held in segregated accounts at tier-1 European banks, separated from company operating funds. Negative balance protection ensures you can never owe more than your deposit. Investor compensation coverage depends on regulatory jurisdiction — see our Terms for details.
